We want you to love your PureZen experience. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Unopened Items
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Simply email us with a photo of the item.
Opened Items
Due to the nature of our fragrance oils, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However we are always happy to help resolve any concerns.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@purezen.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the process.
